Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the planning, governance and execution of Commercial Execution Programs.
Drive alignment across Commercial Execution Sponsors and cross-functional teams.
Lead the AI team through execution of AI strategic initiatives and product launches.
Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders.
Collaborate with executives to align commercial and AI strategies with business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with initiative stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant combination of education and experience.
5-8 years of experience in project management, governance, and leading change and innovation.
Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience leading or supporting end-to-end product launches, including go-to-market planning, cross-functional readiness, and post-launch optimization.
Proficient with Project Management Tools: Microsoft Visio, Atlassian Solutions: Jira & Confluence.
