About the role
- On board new partners, setting expectations and providing partner journey with OneStream, including holding project kick-off meetings and ensuring roles and responsibilities are aligned upon.
- Assist partners with requirements gathering preparation.
- Ensure partners are prepared for design sessions with customer by analyzing requirements and discussing product capabilities and guide partners through their design, sharing best practices, and communicating risks appropriately.
- Lead partner on design to transfer design knowledge to partner’s staff and validate scalability of application.
- Coach partners during build phase, providing example artifacts and articulating their importance to the application.
- Provide technical expertise and architectural guidance during critical project milestones.
- Communicate personal and project status to OneStream Alliances, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Identify project risks and communicate to partners, team members, management and other internal stakeholders.
- Lead end to end project deliverables from design to go-live jointly with partner.
- Coach junior staff in producing project artifacts and completing ServiceNow cases, whilst providing coaching on design activities and verifying knowledge transfer to staff.
- Perform design reviews on partner design documents, providing written review containing risk areas and mitigation suggestions and communicating risks to internal stakeholders when appropriate.
- Conduct application health check and reviews to monitor application performance.
- Assist Alliances group in vetting potential partners and providing feedback on project readiness.
- Assist product teams on sourcing, developing and testing new product features and functionality.
- Build tools to assist in implementation process and share with wider community when appropriate.
- Present on webinars or at conferences/conduct training online or in-person upon request.
- Actively participate on partner’s OneCommunity forum by reviewing posts and submitting responses.
- Facilitate the sharing of project templates to ensure partner's project readiness.
- Study and apply oneself to become a Subject Matter Expert in areas required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent work experience.
- 7-10 years Corporate/Enterprise Performance Management (CPM/EPM) Systems experience, to include 3-5 years OneStream experience.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical background (consulting, banking, research).
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Programming experience in multiple languages.
