About the role
- Manage a portfolio of customers
- Guide customers from onboarding to sustained engagement and growth
- Build relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales to identify upselling opportunities
- Mitigate risks that threaten customer satisfaction and growth
- Conduct cadence-based Business Review meetings
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years overall experience
- At least 3 years in a Customer Success role within a SaaS technology company
- Proven experience in building and managing strong customer relationships
- Conceptual understanding of key finance processes
- Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
