Engage in architectural discussions with consulted stakeholders to facilitate agreement among all technical teams regarding technical solutions.
Utilize tools like Miro and PowerPoint to visualize complex technical workflows, ensuring stakeholder understanding and alignment.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, value realization, and risk management strategies.
Monitors schedule, risks, and issues and takes action to prevent deviation from agreed tolerances.
Deliver regular updates and maintain meticulous project tracking; ensuring transparency, effective communication, and continued momentum.
Understand how requirements and design choices may impact systems across multiple areas.
Gather and analyze data points to discover key project insights; visualize these insights in charts and presentations for stakeholders.
Maintain focus on project value; define, deliver, and measure value throughout the project lifecycle.
Proactively identify issues and enact scalable solutions without needing direction.
Train, mentor, remove impediments, and handle escalations for other team members.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or relevant field (or equivalent experience.)
6+ years of technical project management experience in an enterprise environment.
Cross-functional organizational enablement for major releases, especially software.
Certifications: AZ104. PMP. ITIL. Scrum Master.
Highly skilled with the following technologies, tools, and concepts: ServiceNow. Miro. Atlassian Suite. Microsoft Azure.
