About the role
- Independent content production: You plan, film, edit, and publish videos/posts on Instagram & TikTok.
- Channel ownership: You run your own channel — with full responsibility, creative freedom, and the goal of growing reach.
- Community building: You interact with users, foster engagement, and develop your own influencer persona within the brand.
- Collaboration: You work closely with our CMO, receive feedback & guidance, and have the freedom to implement your ideas.
- Trend scouting: You track current social media trends and apply them creatively for onest.
Requirements
- Fluent German language skills, written and spoken (C1/C2 level).
- Ideally: initial experience in social media content creation (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, etc.).
- Passion for content, creativity, and a willingness to become the face of a brand.
- Confident with camera operation, editing apps (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar), and social media tools.
- Independent working style, strong organizational skills, and enjoyment in taking on responsibility.
- Preferably located in Konstanz or the surrounding area (remote possible, in-office preferred).
