About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the OneRail Solutions Consulting team
- Help prospective and existing customers solve complex last-mile fulfillment challenges
- Develop a high-performing Solutions Consulting organization
- Establish methodologies, best practices, and consulting standards
- Foster a culture of intellectual curiosity and continuous learning
- Build repeatable consulting assets and optimize fulfillment strategies
- Partner with Sales leadership and guide customers through transformation initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and represent OneRail as an industry thought leader
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or other consultative customer-facing roles
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives
- Proven experience developing and presenting executive business cases, ROI analyses, and financial justification models
- Technical aptitude with a strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, enterprise architecture, and enterprise platforms such as ERP, OMS, WMS, and TMS solutions
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
