About the role

  • You independently manage the accounting for multiple companies within the OneQrew Group.
  • You work closely with the finance team and bring your experience to a professional, dynamic, and autonomous working environment.
  • You actively help stabilize and further develop our finance processes.
  • You drive improvements in process optimization and automation and take on responsibility in a modern environment.
  • You independently carry out the ongoing bookkeeping for several OneQrew Group entities.
  • You handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting.
  • You are responsible for payment processing and dunning/collections.
  • You support and actively participate in monthly and annual financial statement preparation according to HGB (German GAAP).
  • You prepare and submit monthly reports, in particular VAT advance returns and EC sales listings (ZM).
  • You reconcile accounts, especially in the areas of intercompany and fixed‑assets accounting.
  • You are the primary contact for tax advisors and auditors.
  • You also contribute to the optimization and automation of accounting processes.
  • You support the further development of efficient, group‑wide finance standards.

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial vocational training, ideally as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellter) or have further qualifications in finance and accounting.
  • You bring several years of professional accounting experience, ideally at least 5 years.
  • You have solid practical knowledge in preparing monthly and annual financial statements under HGB (German GAAP) and in tax law.
  • Ideally, you have experience supporting multiple entities or more complex accounting structures.
  • You are confident using DATEV and have very strong Excel skills.
  • You work independently, in a structured and process‑oriented manner.
  • You demonstrate high accuracy, reliability, and initiative.
  • In addition, you are a team player and enjoy working collaboratively, including in a remote setup.
  • You have very good German language skills and ideally proficiency in English.
