About the role
- You ensure a smooth and successful onboarding for our new customers onto our software solutions.
- Your goal is for customers to become productive quickly, understand the value of our products, and have positive experiences from day one.
- Through your guidance you lay the foundation for long-term satisfaction, successful adoption and sustainable customer relationships.
- You take full ownership of the onboarding process — from the initial intake and configuration to the successful go-live of our software for tradespeople.
- You competently lead new customers through every step of the onboarding, explain features and best practices, and ensure the software is optimally aligned with their workflows.
- You conduct trainings, workshops and training sessions — digitally or on-site — and support users in using the software confidently.
- You identify potential obstacles early and take proactive measures to ensure a successful implementation.
- You work closely with Sales, Product Management and Support to gather customer feedback, optimize internal processes and continuously improve the customer experience.
Requirements
- You have experience in onboarding, customer success, customer support or in implementation/consulting environments.
- You ideally have experience with software solutions or SaaS products — knowledge of the trades industry is a plus but not required.
- You work proactively, in a structured way and independently, and keep track of priorities even with many concurrent customer projects.
- You are comfortable using digital tools, software applications and modern communication formats.
- You convince through friendliness, solution-orientation and excellent communication skills — both with users and stakeholders.
- In addition, you quickly identify customer needs, can set priorities and build trusting relationships for the long term.
