About the role

  • You are responsible for our DMS.
  • You work closely with the management team and the sales team and maintain close contact with external stakeholders to drive our product vision.
  • You define and prioritize our product backlog and are in continuous exchange with the product team.
  • You also develop and specify requirements as Epics, User Stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with QA, UI/UX and Architecture.
  • You prepare Scrum ceremonies together with the Scrum Master.
  • You are also responsible for product releases.

Requirements

  • You have several years of professional experience in software development, software consulting or product management.
  • You bring experience with Document Management Systems (DMS), ideally as a Product Owner, in DMS development, or in rollout projects and implementing customer requirements.
  • You have strong IT knowledge and a high affinity for data structures and process analysis.
  • You have experience with agile methods (Scrum) and/or in software development.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and can translate complex requirements into business/functional concepts.
  • You have very good German language skills and good English skills.
