About the role
- You will continuously develop MyOneQrew as the central platform for digital craftsmanship and ensure it delivers real value for our customers and our company.
- You will take on the Product Owner responsibility for MyOneQrew.
- You will develop and own the product strategy in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- You will define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.
- You will translate requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria together with development, QA, UI/UX, and architecture.
- You will prepare and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies.
- You will be responsible for product releases and their quality.
- You will work closely with the product managers of the OneQrew companies.
Requirements
- You have several years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in a SaaS or B2B platform environment.
- You are familiar with platform architectures, APIs, single sign-on, and integration scenarios.
- You have experience using and integrating AI tools in product management (e.g., analytics, testing, customer insights).
- You also understand the potential of AI and machine learning solutions in product development.
- You have a strong IT affinity and a good understanding of data structures and processes.
- Ideally, you have experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum.
- You work analytically, structurally, and solution-oriented.
- You have experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Ideally, you bring industry knowledge in the trades/crafts sector or an education/degree in IT.
- German language skills at a very good to business-fluent level; English skills are a plus.
