About the role
- Responsible for achieving sales targets in Switzerland.
- Monitor trends in the Swiss market and derive the sales strategy.
- Act as the liaison between Marketing and Product Management.
- Acquire new customers and manage and advise existing clients.
- Demonstrate the software, prepare proposals, and conduct negotiations through to successful contract closure.
- Represent the company at trade shows.
Requirements
- Experience selling complex products, ideally in the B2B software sector.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and the use of AI tools in daily work (e.g., Microsoft Copilot).
- Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field and/or a university degree.
- Valid driver's license.
- Self-driven and structured working style.
- Customer- and service-oriented.
- Enthusiasm for sales.
- A personable and engaging manner.
