About the role

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets in Switzerland.
  • Monitor trends in the Swiss market and derive the sales strategy.
  • Act as the liaison between Marketing and Product Management.
  • Acquire new customers and manage and advise existing clients.
  • Demonstrate the software, prepare proposals, and conduct negotiations through to successful contract closure.
  • Represent the company at trade shows.

Requirements

  • Experience selling complex products, ideally in the B2B software sector.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and the use of AI tools in daily work (e.g., Microsoft Copilot).
  • Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field and/or a university degree.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Self-driven and structured working style.
  • Customer- and service-oriented.
  • Enthusiasm for sales.
  • A personable and engaging manner.
