About the role

  • You ensure a smooth and successful onboarding of our new customers to our software solutions.
  • Your goal is for customers to become productive quickly, understand the value of our products, and have positive experiences from the very beginning.
  • Through your guidance you lay the foundation for long-term satisfaction, successful adoption, and enduring customer relationships.
  • You take full ownership of the end-to-end onboarding process — from initial intake and configuration to the successful go-live of our tradesman software.
  • You competently guide new customers through every step of the onboarding, explain features and best practices, and ensure the software is optimally aligned with their workflows.
  • You deliver trainings, workshops and coaching sessions — remotely or on-site — and support users in becoming confident and proficient with the software.
  • You accompany new customers through the launch phase, identify potential obstacles early, and take proactive measures to ensure a successful implementation.
  • You work closely with Sales, Product Management and Support to collect customer feedback, optimise internal processes and continuously improve the customer experience.
  • In addition, you document all relevant activities, track KPIs such as time-to-value and activation rates, and derive measures for improvement.

Requirements

  • You have experience in onboarding, Customer Success, customer support, or in an implementation/consulting environment.
  • Ideally you have experience with software solutions or SaaS products — knowledge of the trades sector is a plus but not required.
  • You work proactively, in a structured and independent manner, and keep an overview even across many parallel customer projects.
  • You are comfortable using digital tools, software applications and modern communication formats.
  • You demonstrate friendliness, a solution-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills — both with end users and with stakeholders.
  • In addition, you quickly recognise customer needs, can set priorities and sustainably build trusting relationships.
