About the role

  • As a Onepilot agent you will work on a freelance basis and assist our clients' customers with their inquiries.
  • After completing e-learning training for the specific client, you will receive access to a project-specific knowledge base.
  • Using our technology and this knowledge base, you can efficiently respond to requests via email, chat, or phone.
  • You will work entirely remotely and are paid per ticket resolved.
  • The payment per request depends on complexity, handling time, and your location, and ranges from €0.40 to €2.

Requirements

  • You are comfortable using new technologies
  • You enjoy solving problems, are curious and proactive
  • You enjoy communicating — both written and verbal
  • You are available for at least 15 hours per week
