About the role
- Work on a freelance basis and assist our clients' customers with their inquiries.
- Complete an e-learning training specific to each client, after which you will gain access to a project-specific knowledge base.
- Respond to inquiries efficiently via email, chat, or phone.
- Work entirely remotely and receive payment per resolved ticket.
Requirements
- You are comfortable using new technologies.
- You enjoy solving problems, are curious, and proactive.
- You communicate well — both written and verbal.
- You are available for at least 15 hours per week.
