About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and arrange Key Performance Indicator data in an organized and translatable format
  • Develop and maintain process maps for processes/functions within the organization
  • Utilize analytics to support decision making, including employee scheduling and incentive rewards
  • Communicate with Management and Team Members to minimize expense and maximize customer experience
  • Facilitate meetings and provide trend analysis to Managers
  • Utilize analytics to recommend solutions and improve processes, FTE productivity, and overall efficiencies
  • Collaborate with peer groups to evolve reporting
  • Identify and escalate analytical observations that pose risks to business areas, including quality, compliance, agent mishandling, and system limitations
  • Maintain awareness of company policies, procedures, federal and state laws, and provide compliance guidance to employees
  • Monitor competitive activity and trends and formulate competitive solutions
  • Foster a high-energy, high-performing team culture with exemplary customer service standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School / GED Diploma
  • Three to five (3-5) years’ experience in office administration
  • Superior problem solving and research skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work full time hours and occasionally arrive early or stay during evening hours to support an internal or external event
  • Attention to detail, good judgment, flexibility in handling multiple tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitive information
  • Proficient in basic MS Office applications
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
  • Previous experience in a production environment preferred
