Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the overall performance of District Central Support (DCS) Teams for servicing and collection activities in Branch and Centralized Collections
Responsible for managing performance of assigned teams in partnership with Branch Operations
Examine workload volumes, prioritize and dictate work efforts, and perform daily analysis for assignments
Lead, develop, and maintain a highly effective team that produces exceptional servicing and collection results

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED
Two (2) or more years of servicing/collection/call center experience
Ability to travel domestic
Excellent communication and able to present to medium/large group
Project management experience/skills
Preferred Bachelor's degree or some post-secondary education
Bi-Lingual (Spanish / English) fluency preferred but not required
Experience in the financial services industry
Five (5) years’ experience in supervisory role
