About the role
- Craft the Narrative: Act as the primary storyteller for AgencyEngine, translating complex AI-driven features into compelling value propositions that resonate with diverse stakeholders (from Finance and Ops to small business owners).
- Drive Partner Success: Develop "Partner Enablement" kits—including landing pages, email templates, and scripts—to equip our white-label partners with everything they need to successfully sell our services under their own brand.
- Enable the Sales Motion: Build and manage the high-touch "Account-Based Marketing" (ABM) collateral, including sales decks, case studies, and customer testimonials that directly support the sales team in closing new partners.
- Define GTM Foundations: Take ownership of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) development and persona mapping for both our partners and the end-user (e.g., contractors, roofers, etc.).
- Conduct Market Research: Identify target market verticals, estimate market sizes, and provide the strategic data needed to prioritize our product roadmap and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate for Results: Work in lockstep with the Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to ensure our messaging is aligned with the platform’s capabilities and the market's needs.
Requirements
- The "Doer" Mentality: You are a self-starter who can generate marketing assets from zero and execute your own ideas without needing a large support team.
- Exceptional Storytelling: You have a strong background in content or messaging and can articulate "the why" behind a product with clarity and punch.
- Strategic GTM Experience: You understand the full marketing and sales funnel and have a proven track record of moving prospects through it.
- High-Growth Agility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt as we refine our "zero-stage" product offering.
- 5 or more years experience as a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) in one of the following environments:
- SaaS organization
- Tech Startup (early-stage experience is a major asset)
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate those into idiosyncratic industry features that drive "attach rates" for partners.
- Questions the status quo and isn’t afraid to speak up to ensure we are building the best possible brand narrative.
