About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Go back to your venue partners week after week and negotiate more time slots, a new Thursday night game, an extra Sunday morning, a better rate on prime hours, even when they're already happy with what they have.
- Own your market's revenue growth. You set the direction, you make the calls, and you're accountable to the numbers every week.
- Review your market's fill rates and cancellation data every week and make decisions.
- Manage the full relationship with each venue including contracts, billing, scheduling, and the ongoing commercial conversation about how to grow together.
- Coordinate with internal teams to make sure every game you add goes live smoothly, but the commercial decisions are yours to make.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally within a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
- Native or near-native English level: fluent verbal and written communication.
- Full-time availability.
