About the role

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing a deep understanding of their businesses and marketing objectives.
  • Create and execute customized marketing strategies that align with client goals and drive measurable results.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to present ideas, gather feedback, and provide updates on campaign progress.
  • Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with clients, ensuring transparency and fostering collaboration.
  • Analyze client data and industry trends to provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and analytics, to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns.
  • Maintain documentation of client communications and project progress for accountability and to inform future strategies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services that would benefit the client’s marketing efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to provide the best solutions for clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing account management or a related client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and HubSpot systems.
  • Create strategic plans to help clients Rank in Ai search and SEO
  • Understanding a big picture around Paid Ads and translating data for the client.
  • Analytical thinking with the capability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also exercising independent judgment.
  • Willingness to adapt to change and stay updated on new marketing trends and technologies.
