About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing a deep understanding of their businesses and marketing objectives.
- Create and execute customized marketing strategies that align with client goals and drive measurable results.
- Communicate effectively with clients to present ideas, gather feedback, and provide updates on campaign progress.
- Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with clients, ensuring transparency and fostering collaboration.
- Analyze client data and industry trends to provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and analytics, to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns.
- Maintain documentation of client communications and project progress for accountability and to inform future strategies.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services that would benefit the client’s marketing efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to provide the best solutions for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing account management or a related client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and HubSpot systems.
- Create strategic plans to help clients Rank in Ai search and SEO
- Understanding a big picture around Paid Ads and translating data for the client.
- Analytical thinking with the capability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also exercising independent judgment.
- Willingness to adapt to change and stay updated on new marketing trends and technologies.
