About the role
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to members preparing to schedule imaging exams.
- Clearly and effectively communicate the value of OneImaging, including cost savings, convenience, and a better overall imaging experience.
- Build trust quickly with members by leading thoughtful, empathetic, and solutions-oriented conversations.
- Address questions and objections with confidence and professionalism, helping members feel informed and supported.
- Convert member outreach into scheduled imaging appointments through OneImaging.
- Accurately document outreach activity, outcomes, and follow-up steps in internal systems.
- Identify common member concerns and share feedback with cross-functional partners to help improve messaging, workflows, and conversion performance.
- Deliver a consistently high-quality member experience across every interaction.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, call center sales, or another high-volume outbound role.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with significant outbound call activity.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to tailor your approach to a range of member needs and situations.
- Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to guide conversations toward clear next steps.
- Highly organized, reliable, and disciplined in managing follow-up and documenting activity.
- Motivated by performance goals, continuous improvement, and measurable outcomes.
