About the role
- Manage a book of business of commercial insurance accounts
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Identify and analyze client needs
- Develop and present insurance solutions
- Negotiate and place insurance policies
- Manage client renewals
- Provide claims assistance
- Deliver an extraordinary client experience
- Help marketing team with new business submissions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business insurance sales
- 2-5 years commercial account management experience, preferred
- Strong understanding of business insurance products and services
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
