About the role
- Collaborate in due diligence activities, aiding in organizing information, identify gaps, and ensure follow-up actions are addressed.
- Engage in integration activities, supporting the execution of plans and achievement of key milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on diligence findings, integration tasks, and timelines.
- Maintain Smartsheet trackers, project plans, and logs to ensure information is current, accurate, and visible.
- Monitor and analyze action items and follow up with stakeholders to support timely completion and accountability.
- Assist in identifying cost synergies, operational risks, and opportunities to improve efficiency and continuity.
- Support the development and refinement of integration plans, workstreams, and timelines based on diligence findings.
- Provide regular updates on status, risks, and outstanding items to support visibility and decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience
- Knowledge of human capital management operations
- BS/BA required
- Excellent planning, organizational and decision-making skills
- Excellent analytical and interpretative skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within short term timeframes
- Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to ever changing business needs
- Comfort with high volume of transactions
- Strong verbal, written, and listening skills
