💰 $65,000 - $75,000 per year
About the role
- Build strong relationships with clients to maintain existing business and to acquire new accounts
- Process new and renewal business, endorsement requests, certificates of insurance
- Correspond in a professional manner with insurance companies and clients
- Accurately answer client questions about their insurance coverages and needs
- Assist with claims processing when applicable
- Identify, prospect, and close new business to meet revenue goals
- Enroll in annual Continuing Education
Requirements
- A current Property and Casualty Insurance License is preferred
- A high school diploma, two years of college or two years' experience in the insurance industry is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
- Strong respect for confidentiality and attention to detail
- Strong Time Management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to understand and analyze insurance coverages, forms and policies.
