💰 $65,000 - $75,000 per year

About the role

  • Build strong relationships with clients to maintain existing business and to acquire new accounts
  • Process new and renewal business, endorsement requests, certificates of insurance
  • Correspond in a professional manner with insurance companies and clients
  • Accurately answer client questions about their insurance coverages and needs
  • Assist with claims processing when applicable
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business to meet revenue goals
  • Enroll in annual Continuing Education

Requirements

  • A current Property and Casualty Insurance License is preferred
  • A high school diploma, two years of college or two years' experience in the insurance industry is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
  • Strong respect for confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Strong Time Management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to understand and analyze insurance coverages, forms and policies.
