About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Solve complex military planning problems and help develop a seamless, end-to-end planning tool.
Travel and partner with military planners from around the world.
Empathize with military planners’ needs and translate those into design solutions.
Work across UX, UI, and user research covering all facets of the product, from defining ground-up new features to shaping our design system.
Collaborate closely with product managers and founders, with flexibility to reshape your role as needed.

You have an “owner’s mentality” and are comfortable sharing your ideas and perspective with the C-suite, and you take accountability when they reflect in the real-world

You have an understanding of or interest in the military and defense tech space
You actively experiment with the latest tools: Figma Make, Claude, Codex
You thrive as a self-starter, embracing autonomy and ambiguity
You are a U.S. citizen
