About the role
- Lead and continuously improve core FP&A processes, including 3 statement budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Participate in building out and tracking SaaS KPIs.
- Partner with department leads on their budgets & forecasts and develop and track key performance indicators, offering actionable insights.
- Prepare monthly management reports that clearly tell the story behind the numbers.
- Support system and process improvements to enhance data quality, automation, and scalability of the finance function.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A at a high-growth SaaS company, with experience in business partnering and reporting
- Experience with SaaS metrics and subscription-based business models
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and financial modeling skills (comfort with complex formulas, scenario analysis, and automation)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Experience with ERP, FP&A and BI tools
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levels.
