About the role

Design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions that drive innovation and efficiency
Architect and develop AI-powered services, tools, and products ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
Lead end-to-end project execution from initial concept and design through development, testing, and deployment
Build and integrate AI models using Azure OpenAI and other Azure AI Services, applying best practices in model training, fine-tuning, and production deployment
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and work with both open-source and proprietary LLMs
Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to translate business needs into clear technical specifications
Maintain high standards of quality, CI/CD, and version control (Git/Azure DevOps)
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing systems
Work independently and within global teams, contributing to a collaborative and innovative environment while managing tasks with minimal supervision
Work onsite two days per week in the specified city

5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
Hands-on experience in ML libraries and UI development using Streamlit or JavaScript frameworks
Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Azure DevOps workflows
Experience working with both open-source and proprietary LLMs, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementations
Knowledge of secure API/web service development and data protection best practices
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working across teams and time zones
Candidates ideally located in Bangalore or Pune; flexibility to consider Hyderabad or Chennai
Willingness to work onsite two days per week
Self-starter; able to work independently and within global teams
