About the role

  • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure across multiple regions
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and implement best practices in reliability, security, and cost management
  • Use Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/OpenTofu) to automate provisioning and improve consistency
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across cloud services and infrastructure
  • Collaborate with development teams to enable faster, more reliable delivery
  • Mentor mid-level engineers and guide future junior hires as the team grows
  • Support global SaaS expansion, ensuring infrastructure meets high availability and performance goals
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, and cross-team collaboration in a distributed setup

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in SysAdmin, DevOps, or SRE roles
  • Proven expertise with AWS (multi-region setups, S3, IAM, ECS, etc.)
  • Strong skills in Terraform or OpenTofu and Infrastructure as Code
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and GitOps
  • Solid background in CI/CD pipelines and automation
  • Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
  • Experience operating in large-scale, high-transaction environments
  • Nice to have: AWS Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or Kubernetes Administrator certifications
  • Nice to have: Experience with Azure alongside AWS
  • Nice to have: Programming knowledge (PHP, React, Node, C#, .NET)
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with application monitoring, debugging, and security practices
  • Nice to have: Previous experience mentoring engineers or leading projects
