About the role

  • Provide technical leadership for Adobe Experience Platform implementations, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with product owners, program managers, and development teams (onshore/offshore) to deliver data and AI-driven solutions.
  • Design and architect solutions using Adobe XDM, SEP, Target Analytics, CJA, RTCDP, and AJO to enhance customer insights and marketing automation.
  • Lead the integration of Adobe tools with data platforms to drive analytics, personalization, and customer experiences.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Oversee multiple projects, conduct architecture reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of technical experience with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (XDM, SEP, Real-Time CDP, Target Analytics, CJA, AJO)
  • Hands-on experience in developing data and AI-driven solutions using Adobe’s suite of products
  • Proficiency with AWS or Azure, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and Python or Power BI
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture and cloud-based deployments
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices, with experience using JIRA and Confluence
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and effectively communicate technical solutions to stakeholders
