About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for the Rental Team, professionally handling inbound calls, emails, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently to ensure client satisfaction
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses via phone and email to insured individuals and agents, clarifying policy details, addressing concerns, and offering guidance on coverage and procedures
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records, including electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Manage endorsement requests efficiently by analyzing and processing policy changes, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining alignment with underwriting guidelines
  • Accurately handle bind requests as needed, including the preparation and distribution of binders, ID cards, and certificates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the insurance industry preferred
  • Associate’s degree in business administration, Finance, Risk Management, or related field, or extended years of insurance experience can substitute for lack of degree
  • Must have experience with MS Office applications including Word, Teams, and Excel
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment and take appropriate actions
