About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the first point of contact for reporting claims and initiating the claims process
- Independently process travel claims in accordance with associated policies
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with claimants and suppliers
- Maintain current knowledge of plans and apply this knowledge to claims and customer service
- Ensure HIPAA compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Effective time management skills
- Ability to function independently within established guidelines
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office programs
