Strategic Account Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop expertise in Montage Jewelry Care Plans
- Lead new retailer implementation based on program requirements, pricing, and service expectations
- Coordinate communication between retailers and internal business teams
- Support Sales and business management teams to ensure account performance metrics are achieved
- Travel as needed to support key accounts and industry trade shows
- Support organic sales growth and retention within assigned accounts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or related field or equivalent course training (preferred)
- 2-5 years of Sales, Marketing or Business experience
- Understanding of financial trends and ability to identify performance opportunities (with guidance)
- Knowledge of the retail channel and account management fundamentals
