Key responsibilities & impact

Review all incoming invoices and check requests for accurate documentation
Enter data into the system for check and ACH processing
Responsible for reconciling payments to carriers
Assist with and reviewing outstanding checks from customers and vendors
Maintain all accounts payable files in a well-organized manner

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field preferred
2 years of related accounts payable experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize based upon business and departmental needs
