About the role
- Supervise the operations and staff that handles retention of AVMA PIS policies
- Manage a multi-channel Property and Casualty renewal sales staff towards the achievement of monthly and annual retention goals
- Evaluate operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, capacity planning, and cost/benefit analysis
- Establish and monitor productivity, quality of work, and customer service standards
- Generate various reports including retention policy count and premium ratios
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
- 3+ years of related insurance experience with a demonstrated track record of operational leadership success
- Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Industry professional designations desired (i.e. – CIC, CPCU, CRM, ARM, CISR)
