About the role

  • ONE 2 ONE is a growing MSP focused on educating, empowering, and serving customers with a 5-Star IT experience.
  • Lead onboarding of new clients and design M365 and server solutions.
  • Drive technical projects including migrations, integrations, and business continuity planning.
  • Lead server and business continuity projects from design to implementation.
  • Partner with sales as a technical expert to scope client solutions.
  • Define and maintain technical standards for servers and continuity systems.
  • Assess, plan, and design Office 365/M365 and related core technologies.
  • Recommend and execute system upgrades and repairs across client environments.
  • Mentor and train technicians to elevate the technical team.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in a professional technical role, ideally with MSP experience.
  • Microsoft 365 Cloud Solutions (AD, Cloud Identities, Intune, Hello for Business, Defender for Endpoint, Exchange, Azure AD).
  • Windows Server, SAN, VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Exchange (On-Prem & Office 365), file server migrations, Azure AD integrations, Azure Intune & Endpoint Manager, hybrid Azure/AD deployments.
  • Business continuity tools (VEEAM, Datto preferred).
  • Bonus: Networking (Ubiquiti, SonicWALL) and desktop imaging knowledge.
  • Relevant certifications such as A+, Net+, MCP, MCSA, Microsoft 365 are highly valued.
  • Solution-focused and motivated, with a strong client-service mindset.
  • Excellent communicator able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences (including executives).
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and plan complex projects in a fast-moving environment.
  • A critical thinker and problem-solver with a collaborative, team-first attitude.
