About the role
- Own the operational relationships with external partners, ensuring performance aligns with business strategy and customer commitments
- Manage day-to-day operations with key external partners, ensuring service quality, compliance, and performance targets are consistently met
- Build scalable processes to monitor and improve partner delivery across banking, payments, and credit programs
- Act as a trusted point of contact between partners and internal stakeholders, translating operational issues into actionable solutions
- Collaborate with cross functional teams internally to align partner operations with company goals and customer outcomes
- Lead problem-solving during escalations, ensuring root causes are addressed and long-term solutions implemented
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in fintech, banking, or financial services operations, ideally with exposure to partner/vendor management
- Proven ability to build and manage external relationships with polish and professionalism; comfortable representing the company in high-stakes conversations
- Strong understanding of operational processes across payments, credit, or banking systems
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate operational performance into business outcomes
- Customer advocacy mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and do root cause analysis quickly
- Drive and proactivity – owner mentality
