About the role
- Drive product execution across core consumer crypto trading, growth, and related brokerage features.
- Ship high-impact features such as in-app notifications, trading incentives, and optimized UX to drive user engagement and conversion.
- Own the lifecycle of money movement products, including crypto-specific areas like deposits, withdrawals, and staking.
- Maintain and prioritize your slice of the roadmap in support of our overall launch plan.
- Translate complex technical and partner requirements into clear tickets, user flows, and stakeholder updates.
Requirements
- 3-10+ years of relevant experience in technical product management or similar role (e.g. engineering, technical product management).
- Domain expertise in crypto trading or a strong background in equities brokerage.
- Execution-first mindset: You have a proven track record of shipping core trading features and navigating fast-moving environments.
- Executive presentation skills - tight communication that gets buy-in for key initiatives.
- Experience working with legal, compliance, product, business, engineering and other key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated critical thinking capabilities.
- Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor.
