About the role
- Own and run the Credit Score Monitoring product end-to-end, iterating to drive engagement and adoption
- Partner with design and UX teams to deliver intuitive, customer-centric experiences
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to align on roadmap and execution
- Monitor product performance, analyze data, and prioritize improvements to maximize customer and business outcomes
- Stay current on trends in credit score monitoring and the competitive landscape to inform our product strategy
- Directly help millions of users understand and grow their credit and financial health
Requirements
- 7–10 years of product management experience, ideally in B2C fintech
- Direct experience working on credit score monitoring products
- Strong execution and ownership mindset, with ability to run and improve existing products
- Proven track record collaborating with design and UX teams to deliver strong customer experiences
- Comfortable analyzing product performance metrics and iterating to improve engagement and outcomes
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, able to partner with engineering, design, and marketing
- Experience in secured credit card or credit-building loan products a plus
- Familiarity with financial systems or lending backends a nice-to-have but not essential
- Drive and proactivity
- Authorization to work lawfully in the United States (app requires confirmation)
