Requirements

  • Proficiency in testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services
  • Track record of improving agent tooling (e.g., reducing average handle time, increasing productivity)
  • Passion for building reusable frontend components that support scale across a platform
  • Experience with code reviews, automated testing, and continuous delivery
  • Authorization to work lawfully in the United States (sponsorship question noted)
