5+ years of professional experience in frontend development

Proficiency in testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services
Track record of improving agent tooling (e.g., reducing average handle time, increasing productivity)
Passion for building reusable frontend components that support scale across a platform
Experience with code reviews, automated testing, and continuous delivery
