About the role
- Monitor and manage real-time performance and adherence to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Perform data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data visualization).
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in real-time monitoring and reports.
- Work independently to manage time and priorities while supporting operational goals.
- Communicate findings and collaborate with team members to address performance issues.
Requirements
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data visualization).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a real-time analyst or similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of workforce management tools and software is a plus.
