About the role
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical roles, from sourcing through offer support
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and technical needs
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical background and fit
- Coordinate interviews and technical assessments as needed
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience recruiting for IT / technical roles
- Strong understanding of technical profiles (engineering, IT, DevOps, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience recruiting in the US market preferred
