Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead the Audit and R&D claim process commencing 1st April 2026
• Safeguard and manage the company’s financial position
• Provide clear and consistent reporting to UK and Investor Directors
• Support Directors with key financial metrics (cash flow, P&L performance tracking)
• Oversee and support the UK Finance Team
• Manage and report on the Paris financial position
• Oversee the full UK finance function
• Partner with the Executive Leadership Team on strategic financial and operational decision-making
• Report on Group finances to the CEO and wider Board
• Act as a trusted financial and operational advisor to the CEO
• Provide financial oversight across key projects
• Lead on pricing strategy, costing models, and performance metrics for project delivery
• Provide ad hoc advice on UK and international tax credits
• Deliver scenario modelling and forecasting for the CEO and Investor Directors
• Key point of contact for external stakeholders (Auditors, Accountants and Banks)
• Take responsibility for all statutory reporting and compliance
