About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using Flutter, with guidance from senior engineers
Ensure applications are responsive, accessible, and function seamlessly across platforms
Collaborate with design teams to deliver intuitive and visually consistent user interfaces
Contribute to component development and participate in design and code reviews
Integrate frontend applications with backend services using APIs, supporting data exchange and troubleshooting issues
Apply best practices to support application performance, scalability, and maintainability
Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure quality and reliability
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects across web and mobile platforms
Work collaboratively with developers, testers, designers, and product teams in Agile delivery environments
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Use AI-assisted tools across the software development lifecycle under guidance
Stay up to date with emerging frontend technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Foundational experience developing web and mobile applications using Flutter, with exposure to React or React Native advantageous
Understanding of APIs, including RESTful services and frontend-backend integration concepts
Knowledge of responsive design principles and modern UI/UX practices
Experience with testing practices including unit and integration testing, along with debugging tools
Familiarity with Git and standard development workflows
Willingness to learn and apply AI-assisted tools across the software development lifecycle
Strong attention to detail and commitment to following coding standards and best practices
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and continuous learning
