About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical support and help build strong foundations in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Perform initial troubleshooting, gather logs/details, and document findings
- Support customers with configuration, integration, deployment, and maintenance questions
- Collaborate with senior engineers, support leadership, and other teams to resolve complex issues
- Identify potential product issues and assist in documenting details for Engineering review
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in technical support
- Understanding core concepts of IAM/Identity
- Basic hands-on exposure to OneLogin, Okta, Azure AD
- Familiarity with Active Directory/LDAP
- Basic Python or PowerShell knowledge
- Basic REST API and integration skills
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally
