About the role

  • Partner with Product and Design leadership to define research priorities across PAM, IM, and One Login
  • Plan and manage research that supports early discovery and problem definition, concept and solution validation, ongoing usability and experience improvement
  • Conduct a range of qualitative and quantitative research activities, including moderated and unmoderated usability testing, user interviews and contextual inquiry, surveys and diary studies, heuristic evaluations and accessibility reviews
  • Support prototype preparation and test design in collaboration with Designers
  • Ensure research practices are inclusive, ethical, and representative of enterprise users
  • Analyse and synthesise findings into clear, actionable insights
  • Identify patterns and themes that span products and user journeys
  • Communicate insights through reports, readouts, and facilitated workshops
  • Build and maintain a shared research repository to support long-term learning
  • Embed with product teams as needed while maintaining a portfolio-level perspective
  • Advocate for user-centred decision-making across the organisation
  • Participate in discovery sessions, design critiques, and cross-functional workshops
  • Contribute to improving research processes, tools, and standards across teams

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in UX Research or a closely related role
  • Degree in UX, HCI, Psychology, Human Factors, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience conducting research for SaaS and/or enterprise software
  • Strong qualitative research skills: quantitative experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to influence product decisions through evidence
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
