About the role
- Lead end-to-end design for major initiatives spanning on-prem and SaaS platforms.
- Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into user journeys and flows.
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Develop high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
- Make design decisions that balance usability, security, and scalability.
- Clearly articulate design rationale and trade-offs to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product or UX design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership on complex SaaS or enterprise products.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems and collaborative workflows.
- Experience designing for both modern and legacy systems.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
