About the role
- Under the leadership of the Product Management Director handle the lifecycle of the product and support R&D efforts through gathering and analyzing information, creating development plans and continuous coordination with upstream and downstream teams.
- Coordinate with the Product Director on creating and updating the 3-5-year product vision and 1-2-year product strategy.
- Create and maintain a 6-12 month roadmap for the specific feature groups of the product.
- Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders and get their buy-in for this roadmap.
- Break down the roadmap into prioritized goals for the development cadences in collaboration with R&D.
- Create, maintain and share business goals and requirements with stakeholders & facilitate their active participation in the product design and planning process.
- Define clear acceptance criteria and be the decision-maker on whether the developments are ready to be released to customers.
- Review and validate deliveries.
- Tight coordination with other teams working with the product (e.g. support, marketing, sales, professional services, other product owners).
- Facilitate and help internal and inter-team communication.
- Comfort with rapid change, sometimes ambiguous goals; the PM will be the driving force to review, analyze and mitigate risks around product development directions.
- Actively participate in the feature design process and represent the goals of the business in them.
- Assess the requirements of customers through customer & / or partners interactions (direct or indirect).
- Know and analyze the competition. Participate in finding the right market position and messages.
- Holding presentations around topics related to the function group, including at external events.
- Support corporate branding efforts by participating in events or in other ways.
- Help the support team by handling customer escalations according to the accepted internal process. Participate in meetings with key customers as required. Bring business perspective in technology changes and improvements.
Requirements
- Higher education degree, MBA preferred, professional qualification, or professional experience corresponding to the grade specified by the Company.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in product management or technical sales experience in the cybersecurity space, ideally in the PAM specific domain.
- Skills: Autonomous, self-starter with high energy and passion for their work.
- Genuine interest in helping customers. Equally comfortable with technology and the business side of the product.
- Strong communication skills for internal and external communication; Should be able to translate complexity that resides in the product into a simple and engaging narrative.
- Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate, influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English language.
- Industry Security Certifications or Industry PM Certifications are a plus.
