About the role
- Partner with Product Managers to deeply understand customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Translate insights into clear design direction, wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys.
- Champion simplicity and usability across all touchpoints, advocating for elegant solutions to complex problems.
- Conduct usability tests (moderated/unmoderated).
- Execute heuristic evaluations.
- Document findings clearly and share with project team.
- Support prototype preparation for testing.
- Ensure usability requirements are captured in design tickets.
- Assist in accessibility review.
- Participate in design reviews, critique sessions, and cross-functional workshops to drive alignment and quality.
- Contribute to the evolution of our design processes, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and impact.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX Product design, with experience in SaaS application design.
- Degree in UX Design or relevant professional experience.
- Proven ability to design for technical users of SaaS, B2B, and B2C platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design excellence across large web and/or Windows applications.
- Experience working closely with Product Management and Engineering in agile environments.
- Good communication and storytelling skills—able to articulate design rationale to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Experience conducting user research or usability testing.
- Passion for accessibility and inclusive design.
