About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responding to general customer inquiries regarding company schedule and requested lead times, equipment service, and invoicing
- Scheduling appointments with customers
- Contacting previous customers for renewal and prospective customers for new services
- Maintaining and ensuring accuracy of call details
Requirements
What you’ll need- Have flexibility to work 5 days a week that includes weekend rotations
- Possess the discipline to work remotely (hybrid in office and remote work schedule) once successfully approved
- Be able to effectively manage potential conflict resolution through clear and courteous communication while addressing all concerns efficiently and expediently
- Have a minimum of two (2) years related experience working with customers directly. Phone, dispatch and/or inbound experience a plus
- Be proficient working with various computer programs, multiple screens at once and have the aptitude to master our in-house CSR program, as well as having good typing skills is a must
- Have a geographical knowledge of our service area and/or map reading skills
