About the role
- Contact cold leads via phone and text to schedule appointments for tune-up services.
- Generate and secure appointments to fill the calendar, focusing on high performance and quality.
- Conduct cold calls and text messages to potential customers using predictive or manual dialing systems.
- Schedule appointments to ensure a minimum of nine appointments per day.
- Verify and confirm appointments for successful completion.
- Follow up with leads as necessary to secure appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments set.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound calling, preferably in a sales or appointment-setting role.
- Familiarity with predictive dialing systems and CRM software.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience in appointment setting or similar roles is a plus.
