About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Sales prospecting and outbound strategy through calls, emails and social selling, with a clear focus on quality pipeline and results.
- Full ownership of the entire sales cycle, from discovery and qualification to proposal, negotiation and closing.
- Solution selling focused on business impact and ROI, not just product features.
- Pipeline management, activity tracking and forecasting using Salesforce.
- Close collaboration with Marketing, Solution Consultant and Customer Success to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Staying close to current events, market trends and competitors to strengthen sales conversations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales, in an Account Executive or similar closing role.
- Comfortable running outbound activity and proactively building pipeline.
- A solution seeker with a strong growth mindset, always looking to learn, test and improve.
- Resilient and adaptable, staying calm and focused when priorities change.
- Clear and confident communicator, able to engage with decision-makers and C-level stakeholders.
- A natural collaborator who understands how individual work connects to wider business goals.
- Fully accountable for results and outcomes.
- English speaking. Other languages are a plus.
